The state health care agency won't pay for six-month, old Seth Petreikis to have corrective surgery for DiGeorge syndrome, which keeps him from developing a thymus, an infection fighting glandular organ. He needs a transplant that's been pioneered by a specialist at Duke University in North Carolina. 58 of the 60 children who've received the surgery have survived.
